The MAUSER Group
The MAUSER Group is a leading producer of industrial packaging with approx. 3,500 employees and revenues of more than 900 million Euros in 2006 (pro forma for all acquisitions). Its largest business is plastic packaging, followed by metal and IBC packaging, reconditioning services and machinery for packaging production. The MAUSER Group operates more than 50 production facilities across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. Two licensing networks – one for plastic and one for the production of steel drums – include approx. 30 members in more than 20 countries and make MAUSER quality products and services available worldwide.

IBC Division
MAUSER Container Systeme GmbH - Bruehl, Germany
This German subsidiary produces and distributes IBCs, Repaltainers and plastic pallets. As the exclusive manufacturer of the Repaltainer, the subsidiary is also responsible for its worldwide distribution.
MAUSER ITALIA S.p.A. - Grezzago, Italy
MAUSER Italia is the group’s Italian headquarters and provides the roof for all MAUSER activities in the country. The site has a long tradition in manufacturing IBCs, while also producing plastic products such as jerry cans, open-top drums and L-ring drums. The third leg of the Italian production consists of metal products, such as steel drums and jerry cans, for the Italian market. The Grezzago site handles the sales of all MAUSER products in Italy.
MAUSER FRANCE S.A.S. - St. Denis, France
MAUSER France is the group’s French headquarters and provides the roof for all MAUSER activities in the country. The site specializes in IBC production, with its second focus on plastic products, such as jerry cans, open-top drums and L-ring drums. MAUSER France also produces metal drums and is the exclusive producer of MAUSER’s small metal packages.
The St. Denis site handles the sales of all MAUSER products in France and supplies small metal packaging all over Europe.
MAUSER UK Ltd. – Littleborough, Lancashire, UK
MAUSER UK is the group’s British subsidiary. Its headquarters in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, provides the roof for all MAUSER activities in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including sales and marketing.
The company’s production site at Littleborough, Lancashire, specializes in manufacturing IBCs and plastic products (such as large open-top drums and “L-ring” closed head drums).
MAUSER Corp. - Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA
MAUSER Corp. is the group’s North American headquarters and provides the roof for all MAUSER activities in the region. The US branch produces and distributes IBCs, plastic drums (open-top, L-ring) and metal drums in the USA.
The Bridgewater site handles the sales of all MAUSER products in North America.
MAUSER do Brasil Embalagens Industriais S.A. – Barra do Pirai, Brazil
MAUSER Brasil is the group’s Brazilian subsidiary, its headquarters in Barra do Pirai (Rio de Janeiro) provides the roof for all MAUSER activities in the country, including sales and marketing.
The company’s five production sites specialize in manufacturing IBCs, plastic products, such as jerry cans, open-top drums and L-ring drums, and metal drums.
Fanshun MAUSER Shanghai Packaging Co. Ltd. - Shanghai, P. R. China (joint venture)
This 33% joint venture focuses on the production and distribution of IBCs in China.

MAUSER Maschinentechnik GmbH - Bruehl, Germany
This subsidiary specializes in the production and worldwide distribution of blow-moulding machines for medium-sized and large plastic packaging (> 30 litres), including the appropriate handling equipment, such as deflashing devices and after-cooling devices. The team is also responsible for service and support, ranging from knowledge transfer to licensee relations.
