Dr. Clemens Willée


Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dr. Clemens Willée assumed the position as Chief Executive Officer of the
MAUSER Group in October 2008.

He has held various senior management positions both within BASF, where he spent
almost 12 years, and with Dystar, a spin-off of the chemical groups Hoechst, Bayer and BASF,
where he spent 6 years, including 2 years as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently Dr. Willée
headed BASF’s global Styrenics business.

He studied at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where he obtained a Masters Degree in
business administration and a Doctoral Degree in marketing.

His mother tongue is German; he also speaks English, French and Portuguese fluently.

Günther Kraußer

Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer of the group commencing January 2005. Before joining
MAUSER, he was Managing Director of a machinery and plant manufacturing company
since 1999. Prior to that he served as Director of Porsche AG´s finance companies and
as head of its group treasury and finance operations. Previously he held financial
management positions with Stihl and Chase Manhattan Bank. He received his degree in
Business Administration from Fachhochschule Nürnberg (university of applied sciences)
in conjunction with the University of Nebraska. He speaks German as mother tongue
and English fluently.

Björn Kreiter

Head of Group Controlling

Björn Kreiter is our Head of Group Controlling. Mr. Kreiter joined MAUSER in 1997
as a Project Manager for the implementation of an ERP-System and the corresponding
Controlling and Management-Information System. Since 1998, he has been responsible
for the Controlling activities of the Group. Before joining us, Mr. Kreiter worked as a
Financial Controller at KBC. Mr. Kreiter received a degree as Diplom-Betriebswirt
from the Business Academy (BA) in Lörrach/Baden Württemberg. He also completed
a Diploma Program in Controlling at the Controller-Academy (CA) in Munich
as certified Controller CA. Upon completion of the Junior Management Program at the
Management Academy in St. Gallen/Switzerland, he also attended a
Financial Management Program at Stanford University. He speaks German as mother
tongue and English fluently.

Klaus Beckmann

SBU Manager Europe and South America

Klaus Beckmann joined the Mauser Group as Sales Manager Germany in 2000.
With the extensive development of the Group he became General Manager Plastic
Germany in 2003 and General Manager IBC Germany in 2004. From March 2007 to
June 2008 he was the Head of the IBC Division of the Mauser Group. Since June 2008
he is the SBU Manager for Europe and South America. Before he joined the Mauser Group,
he held several commercial positions in the Technical Gases Industry. In his last
assignment he took key responsibility for setting up a Japanese/German Joint Venture
for serving the needs of the Semiconductor Industry in Europe. Mr. Beckmann studied
chemical engineering and holds a degree of the University of Karlsruhe. He speaks
German as mother tongue and English fluently.

Ronald M. Litchkowski

SBU Manager North America

Mr. Litchkowski joined Russell-Stanley as Vice President, Controller in 1997.
He was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in October 1999;
named Executive Vice President in 2004 and appointed President and
Chief Executive Officer and became a member of the Russell-Stanley
board of directors in January 2005. Upon completion of the sale of Russell-Stanley
to MAUSER in November 2005, Mr. Litchkowski was appointed President and CEO of
MAUSER North America. Prior to joining Russell-Stanley, Mr. Litchkowski was Vice
President of Finance and Administration for the Institutional Products Division of
Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he worked in various Colgate divisions in
executive financial management positions since 1989. His initial experience was
gained as an audit manager with Price Waterhouse, followed by a series of Controllership
roles at several middle market companies. Mr. Litchkowski is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S.
from King's College.

Peter H. Schäfer

Senior Executive Vice President Global Sales and Marketing MAUSER Group
Head of Reconditioning Division

Peter H. Schäfer has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NCG,
which we recently acquired, since 2003. Prior to that time, from 1996 to 2003,
Mr. Schäfer was President and Chief Executive Officer of Schütz Container Systems
in the United States. From 1982 to 1996, he was with Bayer AG, Germany, and his
responsibilities included serving as Head of Purchasing and Special Projects,
as well as Head and General Manager of Bayer's world-wide rubber and chemicals
business division. As Head of Materials Management at Bayer, he was involved in
setting up joint ventures and analyzing production locations in the Far East including China.
Mr. Schäfer received his degree in economics from the University of Mannheim in Germany.
He speaks German as mother tongue and English fluently.
