Each IBC produced by MAUSER or one of its licensees carries a return service label with MIPI (MAUSER, NCG) contact information. Beside a set of telephone numbers the emptier will find a web and email address where he or she will be provided with a pickup request form.
This form needs to be filled out and faxed back to the call centre. Containers that meet collection requirements are then collected at service levels set out in the terms and conditions for that particular country; normally free of charge. Charges may occur if containers are not suitable for reuse or remanufacturing or in the case of severe contamination or heel.
