The following organisational change was jointly discussed and approved by the MIPI Steering Committee Members: Peter H. Schaefer has resigned from the MIPI Steering Committee and Dr. Clemens Willée (CEO of the MAUSER Group) has been nominated and elected as Chairman of the MIPI Steering Committee.

(14.-16.06.2009) Global MAUSER Licensee Workshop: Creating synergies for the future
Brühl, June 14-16, 2009 - This coming June, the global marketing organization of MAUSER licensees (MIPI), will come together in Germany to position the network for the future. The meeting will take place at the MAUSER headquarters in Brühl. It is designed as a strategic workshop to address the current economic challenges, and to leverage potential synergies.

(05.01.2009) MAUSER Appoints Louis Pourdieu as Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Brühl, January 5, 2009 – With effect of January 1st, 2009, Mr Louis Pourdieu (47) has been appointed member of the board of directors of Mauser Holding GmbH. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) he will take responsibility of MAUSER’s manufacturing activities worldwide.

(03.06.2008) MAUSER acquires American Fiber Drum Corp.
The MAUSER Group, one of the world’s leading companies in industrial packaging, has announced today that it enters the fiber drum manufacturing business in the United States. Continuing the strategy of growth and globalization that the company has followed for several years, MAUSER acquired the assets and business of American Fiber Drum Corp. in Chicago, Illinois.
