MIPI® packaging has standardised volumes, dimensions and openings with appropriate closures to facilitate handling and reduce the cost for international transport of dangerous goods. This standardisation allows the use of common handling equipment, such as filling and lifting devices. This ensures that the used packaging can be integrated in re-use and reconditioning systems of the individual country.
