MAUSER Opens New IBC Line in The Netherlands

MAUSER Group, a worldwide leading company in industrial packaging, has opened a new IBC line at its facility in Oosterhout, the Netherlands. With the production of MAUSER composite SM IBCs in Oosterhout, MAUSER further expands its worldwide production of IBC solutions and will be able to supply its customers in the Dutch region much more efficiently.

MAUSER NCG Acquires Majority Shares of Italian IBC Reconditioner

MAUSER’s reconditioning subsidiary National Container Group (NCG) acquired the majority shares of the Italian company Maider, a leading reconditioner of IBCs. MAUSER adjusts Prices for HDPE components in Europe to compensate for cost increases

Bruehl/Germany, June 15, 2011

To manage the on-going increase for HDPE, MAUSER is obliged to ask all customers of HDPE components (Plastic packaging, and plastic parts of MAUSER IBCs) to accept a price increase of € 50/ton for HDPE.
The new prices will be effective as of June 15th, 2011, or as contracts allow. All existing contracts will be honoured.

Sustainable Success for MAUSER at interpack 2011

The MAUSER Group has announced the acquisition of Burbank Barrel and Drum (BBD) in Houston, Tex. BBD is the largest steel drum reconditioner in the Gulf area with over 60 years of operating history. MAUSER expands IBC production in Germany

MAUSER Group, a worldwide leading company in industrial packaging, has opened a new IBC line at its facility in Bammental, Germany. Starting the production of MAUSER SM composite IBC at this location near Heidelberg will allow MAUSER to supply its customers in Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland much more efficiently. In line with the company’s overall carbon footprint reduction strategy this new expansion puts additional production capacity close to areas of increased demand.

MAUSER adjusts Prices in Europe to compensate for Cost Increases

Brühl, January 17th, 2011 - To manage higher costs for energy, transport and packaging, MAUSER is obliged to ask all customers to accept a price increase of 2.5 percent.
For customers of plastic packaging and IBC bottles, an additional €150/ton will be charged to recover recent HDPE price increases.
The new prices will be effective as of January 17, 2011, or as contracts allow.
All existing contracts will be honoured.
