MAUSER Group appoints new CEO
Brühl, October 5, 2008 – MAUSER, the leading global industrial packaging specialist, today announced a change at its executive level. CEO Stefan Müller-Arends decided to leave the company after 11 years and will be replaced by Dr. Clemens Willée, former Head of BASF’s global Styrenics business.

National Container Group (NCG) as a subsidiary of MAUSER Group, strengthens its European presence by acquiring a majority share with H.M. Buchtenkirchen GmbH. The new Joint Venture located in Bremerhaven operates under the name of NCG Buchtenkirchen GmbH and will cover Northern Germany and the Danish market.
