Kenneth M. Roessler

Kenneth M. Roessler is Chief Executive Officer of SCI Packaging Inc.

Ken was appointed to his current position in September 2017. For the past 10 years, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BWAY Corp., where he guided BWAY’s transition and transformation through public and private ownership and oversaw a strategy of organic growth and acquisitions.  Since joining the company in 2000, Ken’s leadership roles have also included Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing and Senior Vice President. He has been a member of the BWAY Corp. board of directors since 2008.

Earlier in his career, Ken served in senior management roles for Southcorp Packaging USA for more than six years, and held similar leadership positions with Berwind Corp., a private investment management company. He has more than 25 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Ken serves on the board of directors of the American Coatings Association. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University in Philadelphia and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Tom De Weerdt

Tom De Weerdt is Chief Financial Officer of SCI Packaging Inc.

Tom joined the company in June 2017. He is an international finance leader with a unique functional background covering finance, planning and analysis, manufacturing, operations and marketing.

Tom most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Surgical Care Affiliates where he lead the finance, information technology and supply chain organization. Prior to Surgical Care Affiliates, Tom served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Mead Johnson Nutrition and spent 18 years with Whirlpool Corporation in a number of senior executive positions in the United States and Europe.

Tom holds a master’s degree in commercial engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. He also holds a master’s degree in information technology from VLEHKO (Vlaamse Ekonomische Hogeschool) in Brussels, Belgium, a master’s of business administration with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and earned his Certified Public Accounting accreditation.

Leslie L. Bradshaw

Leslie L. Bradshaw is Executive Vice President Procurement & Logistics of SCI Packaging Inc.

Les assumed his current position in 2017 and oversees global sourcing of raw materials, capital goods, energy, and logistics services. Les began his career with BWAY Corp. in 1997 as Plant Controller in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Over the last 20 years, he has held a number of senior management positions, including Director of Accounting, Vice President of Purchasing and Executive Vice President Procurement and Logistics for BWAY.

Les holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in supply chain management from Northeastern University in Boston. Additionally, he maintains an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status in the state of Virginia.

Bruno Couteille

Bruno Couteille is Vice President of Human Resources of SCI Packaging Inc.

Bruno assumed his current position in December 2017 and leads the BWAY Corp and Mauser NA Human Resources teams.

Bruno joined BWAY in August 2016 and was responsible for designing and implementing BWAY’s HR strategy to support long- and short-term business goals in the areas of talent acquisition, training and development, talent retention, HRIS implementations, labor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Bruno  served as Vice President of Human Resources at Caterpillar Rail Division. During his tenure, he oversaw numerous acquisitions and integrations globally and improved their talent acquisition programs. Prior to Caterpillar Rail, he held progressively senior HR roles at Electromotive Diesel, Firestone Steel, and Falconbridge/Xstrata in the US and Canada.

Bruno holds a master’s degree in human resources management from HEC (University of Montreal Business School), a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Sorbonne in Paris and a baccalaureate in political science and economics from Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Bordeaux, France.

Glenn Frommer

Glenn Frommer joined the MAUSER Group as SBU Manager North America in March 2015. He took over his present position as President & CEO Mauser North America on January 1, 2018.

Glenn spent the first 24 years of his career with various specialty chemical business units of Unilever, ICI, and Celanese in responsibilities spanning Manufacturing, Innovation, M&A, Finance, Strategy, and Business Management. For the past 6 years he was President of ADCO Products, a middle-market, private equity owned specialty adhesives business that was transformed and successfully sold to Arsenal Capital.

Glenn holds a BS, Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Michael Steubing

Michael Steubing joined the MAUSER Group in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Procurement. He took over his present position as President and CEO of MAUSER International on January 1, 2018 leading the MAUSER SBUs EMEA, Asia Pacific and South America.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the Chemical and Packaging Industry with an excellent track record in both privately owned as well as publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

He worked for Hoechst AG/Celanese for 11 years in Germany and USA, as well as Schuetz Container Systems, Inc. for 12 years, where he held key positions as  Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing North America, President of Cardinal Container with responsibility for the Schuetz Recycling business, as well as interim President and CEO.

Michael holds a B.A. Degree in Economics (Diplom Betriebswirt), as well as a Business Diploma from Hoechst AG/Chamber of Commerce in Frankfurt.

He has dual Citizenship (German and American) and speaks both languages fluently.

Ricardo Goldenberg

Ricardo joined the MAUSER Group in May 2010. He took over his present position as President & CEO of NCG on January 1, 2018.

Based in Brazil, Mr. Goldenberg used to be responsible for MAUSER's South American operations and reconditioning operations in Brazil prior to being appointed SBU Manager for South America in July 2013. Prior to joining MAUSER, Mr. Goldenberg had been working in various management positions within Schutz Vasitex in Sao Paulo.

Mr. Goldenberg holds degrees in Materials Engineering, International Business and a MBA.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Siegfried Weber

Siegfried Weber joined MAUSER Group as Vice President Global Key Accounts in January 2006. he was appointed to his current position as Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing in 2011.

Prior to that time he held various positions in the Bayer / Lanxess Organisation for the past 17 years. Before starting at MAUSER he was the General Manager of Rheinchemie, Trenton NJ, USA a wholly owned Lanxess subsidiary.

Siegfried received a degree in Logistics from Rhenus AG Mannheim and academy of Logistics Ludwigshafen Germany. He speaks German as mother tongue, English and Italian fluently..
